DIY Projects for the Weekend 🔨

Homemade Picture Frames

Frames made of wood slats have a fresh and unique look. The supplies are cheap and you can create frames of any size.

Prepare the Frame Size: Lay your wooden sticks flat and decide on the size of your frame. For a standard photo size, use four sticks (two for the sides and two for the top and bottom).

Assemble the Frame: Use wood glue or a hot glue gun to attach the sticks together, forming a rectangle or square shape.

Paint the Frame (Optional): If you'd like to add some color, paint the frame with your preferred color. Allow it to dry completely.

Decorate (Optional): You can add embellishments like beads, buttons, or ribbon to make the frame more personalized.

Add Your Photo: Once the frame is dry, place your photo in the center and attach a backing (such as cardboard). Add a hanging kit if you want to hang it.
