🚧 I-95 Ramp Closures Hit Dale Boulevard & Opitz Boulevard
VDOT began a series of overnight closures Tuesday night affecting the northbound I-95 collector-distributor lanes and ramps at Dale Boulevard and Opitz Boulevard for milling and paving. For the Dale Boulevard ramps, closures are scheduled from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. on weeknights, with later midnight-to-5 a.m. windows on Friday and Saturday nights. The work continues in stages through September 22, weather permitting.
When the Dale Boulevard ramps are closed, northbound travelers are being detoured through Prince William Parkway and southbound I-95 to return to Dale Boulevard.

🏗️ 130 Condos Near Potomac Mills Go Before Planning Commission Tonight
The proposed Potomac Lofts redevelopment reaches an important step tonight.
The project would replace the vacant former Kaiser Permanente clinic at 14139 Potomac Mills Road with 130 stacked condominiums on 5.76 acres. County planning staff has recommended approval.
The Prince William Planning Commission holds its public hearing tonight beginning at 7 p.m. at the McCoart Administration Building in Woodbridge.
One important detail: these are proposed for-sale condominiums, not apartments.
PWCS previously estimated the development could generate about 32 students, including 16 elementary students assigned to John D. Jenkins Elementary.
